Description

Structure made of 19 mm thick ply board covered with sun mica from outside.Work Bench of
perforated Stainless steel.Clear acrylic side panels.Front acrylic door of collapsible type.
The room air is taken through the bottom of the cabinet through the pre filter,which traps larger size
particles and increase the life of main HEPA filter.Air is forced evenly through the HEPA filter,resulting
a stream of unidirectional clean air within the work zone of the cabinet.
The cabinet are fabricated out of thick mild steel cabinet duly powdered coated.The work table is
made of thick stainless steel sheet.Side panels are provided of thick transparent acrylic sheets.The unit
is fitted with pre- filter and is made to pass through highly efficiency 99.9%,thus retaining all air borne
particles of size:0.3 micron and larger.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:-

1:- Magnehelic Gauge (To track filter pressure) in lieu of static pressure manometer.

2:- Microprocessor LCD Controller with Auto Switch off mode for motor blower
when door is closed. Digital buzzer timer sounds an audio alarm in completion of
sterilizing time of the chamber and the switches off U.V. germicidal tune and
automatically switches ON the fluorescent light, alerting the user that the bench is
ready for use.
